Cipollina

Cipollina is a hidden gem in Akron, NY! Our first trip to Cipollina was for dinner with friends and the four of us quickly realized we would be back again and again. Our server Lonnie was kind and enthusiastic. She explained all of the dinner options and made sure our guest with a gluten allergy was well accommodated. We loved all of her recommendations! Especially dessert! Do not skip on Cipollina’s dessert menu. Everything is house made and unbelievable, especially the cheesecake, tiramisu, and peanut butter ice cream bomb. We can’t wait for our next meal at Cipollina’s, and will be bringing our family and friends for another wonderful dining experience.

We were pleasantly surprised for it entry way is less than inviting. However, once inside, you will feel a delightful mood shift. Our waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our table had gluten free food, along with vegetarian and carnivore dishes. The pasta is freshly made. My wife and I appreciated the northern Italian offerings of pomodoro sauces. Dessert was sinfully good. While dining, we were visited by the chef. We will be back. They offer a jazz night, too. February 2024--we have been here again and again and always find delight in the food, ambiance, and staff. Each dish is freshly made for each customer. New entrees are added from time to time, as well as new desserts. The pomodoro sauce is always yummy.
