This is my hometown's pizza shop. Everything on their menu is super tasty and VERY fairly priced. For such a small town shop, in a backwoodsy/rural area of PA, they have an unbelievably diet-restriction-friendly menu. They were one of the first pizza places I heard about to offer gluten free options. This is a big thing for me, a person who doesn't consume gluten, and they have been doing it since before any of the major chains or other local pizza places offered it. They have a "gluten free" crust option as well as a "cauliflower" crust option and they're both really good. Although, I prefer the cauliflower crust, personally. Thank you so much, Claysburg Pizza, for having these options. It means a lot to people like me.
