Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Middleton, WI

Great fine dining experience. Wait staff attentive, helpful and great at explaining dishes. One of our group was gluten free and they have a gluten free menu. Allowed tasting of wine sample prior to ordering. Both times we have visited the food has been excellent. I rated atmosphere only a 4 due to the acoustics, lots of diners so the noise level was a little high and made it challenging for our group of 6 to hear each other and we were at a 6 person round table.

We celebrated my birthday at Cooper’s Hawk tonight and had the most wonderful experience. We started the evening with a wine tasting with JP. He walked us through both the wines and the wine club membership (which we needed up joining!). We then moved on to dinner. Devan M was our server and she went above and beyond! As someone with a severe allergy, she made sure to take extra caution with a gluten free meal for me. She provided recommendations and was fully transparent with kitchen practices which put my mind at ease. Often times people with allergens can feel a ton of anxiety around dining out. When celebrating my birthday, I wanted to go somewhere where I knew they had GF practices in place, but Devan truly amplified the experience. She was so incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable dining out. I cannot thank Devan and JP enough for making my birthday so special❤️

The manager Maggie Mann at the Middleton location and her staff provided us with such a warm and memorable dining experience. It was hands down the best Gluten Free dinner I’ve had in ages. Having celiac disease I was cautious but was reassured that the kitchen staff could provide me a safe dining experience and they did. Bravo! We will be back!
