I have to highly commend the Manager, Sue, who is amazing. She is calm under pressure and provided outstanding customer service in delivering my last minute order of 140 pizzas. Due to miscommunication on my part, she was expecting to fulfil my order the next day. However, I needed the pizzas in 40 minutes for 250 people. She assured me she could fulfil my order a day early and start delivering in 40 minutes which she did! It took over an hour for all 140 to arrive with only two drivers on motorbikes but they came and the guests were satisfied. The pizzas were delicious, crust crispy and dietaries (vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten free) were met.
