As a pizza lover who needs to follow a low gluten diet, I have tried many gluten-free pizzas over the years all over the world, often with mixed results. However, this pizza with low gluten-free pizza base exceeded my expectations.
The pizza featured a crispy, thin crust that struck the perfect balance between firmness and crunchiness. It was a rare delight to enjoy such a well-made gluten-free base. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, complementing the crust beautifully.
Adding to the experience were the cannoli, which were equally impressive (not gluten-free). They had a good texture and a delicious filling, rounding off the meal wonderfully.
Overall, this was one of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever had. Highly recommended!
