Our server Dave was above and beyond knowledgeable and accommodating. From the time he introduced himself, throughout the meal and up until the end. He did not hover but was there every time we needed something. He was thorough with his menu knowledge, very articulate and has an excellent sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was exceptional, Octopus Starter, Caesar Salad, Colorado Rack of Lamb, deserts, wine all cooked to perfection. I have a severe food allergy to both Peanuts and Gluten. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable able to suggest all items I could consume. Brenden the Manager visited the table twice to ensure everything was to our liking. I was impressed by his knowledge of what we had been served and made sure we were satisfied with everything. I’ve been in the Restaurant Industry my entire life and this was a first class experience.
