Awesome lamingtons. Light, airy and inventive. Surprised they don’t have 5/5 starts. Especially given how good the service is. Would highly recommend a visit. Flavour highlights: Japanese forest (green tea, hints of tart cherry, chocolate) and the yuzu meringue (lovely creamy meringue in the outside, what seeems like either ice cream or very cold cream on the inside, awesome!) Tiramisu: solid, is exactly what you’d expect of a tiramisu lamington Earl grey / chestnut: the flavours weren’t very pronounced and the sponge wasn’t as soft due to being gluten free
