Some of you may be familiar, but for those who aren't, here's a quick Eataly summary: pasta bread tomato wine pasta wine salted cured meats cheese imported cheese beef pasta bread chocolate gelato coffee wine pizza pasta truffle pizza wine. 💁‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Eataly, born in Torino, Italy, is a gigantic foodie wonderland filled with everything good in life (see list above), where you can buy, eat, take home, eat, learn, ask questions and more. Eataly's philosophy includes importing the best of the best directly from all over Italy, as well as selecting local products to feature. That's where it gets good, because local brands we know and love like @drinkpoppi, @abarnranch, and @brownbagprovisions' own @milkandpatience now have a stage for so many more people to discover them. A feast for the eyes as much as the mouth, there's so much to take in before you even sit down to eat, whether at a table, outside or in your own home. 💙 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are three (!) restaurants inside @eatalydallas, which is the seventh location in the U.S.. The first is called La Pizza & La Pasta and focuses on (you guessed it) pizza and pasta. Then there's Il Pastaio, focusing on pasta-based dishes, and finally on the third floor, Terra, which features an incredible open wood fire stove with meat and vegetables hanging above. There's so much open-air dining there -- safety-focused dining is key. Some things are starting out different than your average Eataly, but oh man WE ARE SO HAPPY IT'S HERE! 🍷🎉

☕️ 🇮🇹 NOW BREWING: CAFFÈ LAVAZZA at @EATALYDALLAS! 🇮🇹 🥐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From the first sip of espresso to a literal tower of treats, lunch, snacks, sandwiches and sweets, to bubbly wine cocktails, Caffè Lavazza is there for shoppers all day, every day. The aim is an authentic Italian caffè experience and a place to sit with friends, family or by yourself and feel like you're in Italy! But for me, it worked a little too well; I was so comfortable hanging out, sipping this iced mocha and working that I forgot to go get my shopping done! The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the coffee is on point, of course, because @lavazzausa. 💁‍♀️ Speaking of, Lavazza was founded in Torino (like Eataly) in 1895 (!!!) and are coffee roasters four generations deep! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I think my favorite aspect of the new Caffè Lavazza is the Caffè Sospeso. It means "suspended coffee" and it lets us pay it forward with espressos! When you buy an espresso, you can purchase a second and leave it "suspended" on the chalkboard for anyone else in the community to enjoy. It's an Italian tradition that Eataly is bringing to us Dallasites! ☕️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if anybody wants to book time on my calendar, don't be surprised if the location is Caffè Lavazza from now on! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Swipe to see La Torre! 😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #EatalyDallas #Eataly
