I have food allergies and eating out is usually something I need to avoid. One of my favourite foods is sushi. Try to find a restaurant that serves Gluten free sushi, and you will understand how hard that is. The only place I eat sushi from at the moment is Echo. Everyone is very polite and the food never disappoints. Once they sent my order incorrect, and in half an hour I had the correct order delivered to my home at no extra charge, and I am talking about a large party tray. They will always have my business. Thank you Echo sushi!
