Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar

Axel was amazing! He made sure the whole meal was perfect and totally gluten free. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. Had the Wagyu, oysters and a wonderful sorbet dish. Really could not have asked for a better night. The restaurant being located in the Four Seasons gave me an idea of the level of service we would receive but they really blew me away!

Wow. For real Wow. Having been duped by the Miami "Brunch" scene in the past - think bottomless mimosas, frozen stone crabs and omelettes at $150.00 a couple - I agreed to Edge..the a la carte menu was healthy and satisfying. Coffee was great. I ordered the gluten free banana pancakes...delish! She ordered the regular pancakes and bacon. We shared a cinnamon roll (not great). The atmosphere is superb. The service perhaps a bit too excitable. This is my new brunch spot. Quiet. Indoor and outdoor dining at the pool level. After a night out (or in) it's a perfect discrete place to refuel like an adult. And if you stay long enough you can have a drink pool side or at the bar...
