C
I walked into this new place to find it spotless, nicely renovated and absolutely delicious. I had a Panini that was by far the best thing I’ve tasted and the people who own and run it are just delightful. In addition to freshly made panini options, they also make their pasta and their sauces and have gluten-free gnocchi. They make all of their desserts and have delicious coffees. So worth the visit, so worth supporting and keeping in town.

The latest addition to Huntington Village food scene is a wonderful Italian trattoria on the corner of Rte 110 and Gerard. Upon entering, not only are you immediately indulged by a huge selection of pastries, desserts, and treats but you are offered a perfectly curated selection of breakfast options, pasta dishes, and paninis. Impressively, everyone of these items is made in-house and you even have the option of purchasing a variety of ready-made pasta sauces and fresh ready-to-cook pastas (e.g., parpadelle, gluten free gnocchi, and even red beet buccatini). there was plenty of seating inside and outside, there's even a window into the workspace. We shared the Azienda panini - yum! - and a smorgasbord of desserts - babba, sfiogatella, chocolate torte caprese, and a chocolate profiterole - everything was so so good! The babba really was something special: a spongy, moist cake served with a sliver of candied orange and fresh whipped cream...I would eat this every day if I could! If you are a morning coffee kind of person, give this place a try and I guarantee you'll become a regular. The interior was perfectly appointed: elegant yet relaxed/rustic, and the owners (husband and wife team) made the experience even better with their friendly service. from the food/drinks to the ambience to the cute little vases of fresh flowers on every table to the sugar packets being served in antique tea cups, every detail was on point and made for an extraordinary experience. A true gem!
