In my opinion, Eggcellent Cafe is one of the best breakfast/brunch places in the East Peoria/Peoria area. It is hard to pick just one favorite item from the menu. They offer gluten free options, and they also sell bottles of their signature house hot sauce, which pairs great with any egg dish. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this establishment.
