We went to eat last week. In the reservation we indicated that we had a celiac diner, they told us that there would be no problems, that they have gluten-free options. But there were: the letter does not indicate traces of gluten. Likewise, we told the waiter that there was a celiac among us and he showed us (badly) the dishes that had traces. He made a mistake and we were served a dish with traces of gluten (and after waiting 10 minutes when the rest of the diners had already finished their dishes). Result: gluten contamination the next day.
We notified the waiter that he gave us a dish with traces of gluten, he responded very rudely. We told the manager and he wasn't worried either. They charged us everything we asked for and didn't even apologize.
