For anyone looking for a healthy food option in Toronto (especially after all the holiday indulgence), this spot makes a great choice.
They are currently featuring Flock Greens, a colourful range of salads that offer vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten options as well as meat substitutions.
I tried the Baja and Boho Flock Greens and both are satisfying, flavourful and filling. You know the food is good when the store is busy with orders. A special shoutout to the staff at the Harbord location offering wonderful service.
