Zazzo's Pizza & Bar - Darien

Used to the best gluten free pizza. They made a change in recent months and now it’s dry and tasteless. Worst gluten free crust. It crumbly and not crispy. Called to ask and let them know. They insist they’ve made no changes. If you eat anything gluten free because you have to and something changes you absolutely know it. It’s a shame they changed a good thing and deny it. Thought maybe a fluke in November but again today it’s the same and it’s terrible.

Love Zazzo's pizza! We haven't eaten at the restaurant - we always pick up and bring home - but the thin crust and wings have been good and they've gotten our weird (our kids don't like sauce on their pizza - where did we go wrong?!) order correct every time so far. Not sure how service in the restaurant is, but the staff at the front seem a bit aloof sometimes. Definitely recommend. Oh, and they do offer a gluten-free crust.
