Didn’t stand up to the hype.
I heard a dozen or more orders called out for gluten free and celiac customers while we were seated in the restaurant, so this is obviously a place to go for folks like me who are full-on allergic to wheat and other grains. For this reason, wait staff and the kitchen should be more on the ball than I experienced.
- messed up my order
- served a GF dessert with a non-GF garnish (!!!)
- chicken was dry and bland
- far too many brussel sprout options ( small group of brussel sprout enthusiasts on planet earth, so why is it in so many dishes?)
- over-all, Gibbet Hill is far superior in every way
