Was fairly disappointed when I ordered gluten free granola and realized halfway through eating it that it was not gluten free. I have celiac and was sick for a week. When I requested a refund, I was given a receipt and told it would show on my account in 3-5 days, which it never did. When I went back, the manager told me it’s a “corporate issue” since it was through doordash. While I understand there are hoops when going through doordash and a corporate office, it’s a little ridiculous that I didn’t even get some as small as an apology for such a serious mistake. Will not be returning or recommending.
