Ultimate Eats NBTX

I showed up to get some cupcakes, which are pretty good for being sugar free. My daughter and I have Celiac, and they asked me on the order form if I had Celiac, which made me feel more comfortable. I was on my way to the doctor and had forgotten to eat lunch, so they made me one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had, barbecue on a keto bun. I didn't get a picture. I was too busy enjoying it. They again asked if I was Celiac and took precautions. It's been over six hours. I'd be sick by now if I had eaten gluten. I'm fine. I can't wait to go back and have another sandwich. Wow! By the way, the Italian cream is their best cupcake.

I came in 30 min before closing and told them all my allergies, they were so incredibly helpful and made me my very own Princess bowl lol.. it was delicious!! It has bacon, chicken, rice, some seasoning and sauce that came together nicely. Thank you so much! Definitely coming back! Gluten free donuts are delicious!!!

I was hoping for some tasty treats as I’ve tried other gluten free/sugar free bakeries in the area, but the cupcake, donut and cookie lacked in flavor and texture, they were just “off”.
