As promised on the website, they actually cook their own food and make their own lemonade. The ingredients are fresh, delicious, and perfectly balanced. I can't agree with the complaint about small portions; everything was a reasonable amount. The gluten-free breading is also great! Compared to other restaurants, the bill was on the lower end.

We took a day trip to Salzburg. We had already found out in advance where you can easily eat gluten-free. Due to other good reviews, we became aware of the “Gasthaus Drei Hasen”. We weren't disappointed. People here are really knowledgeable about gluten-free dishes. The selection is very good. The quality was fantastic. We can therefore unreservedly recommend this inn for those affected by celiac disease.

We were looking for a restaurant in Salzburg that also offers gluten-free dishes, and we found what we were looking for in Gastgaus Drei Hasen. A first real Viennese schnitzel with gluten-free breading... a dream! We didn't have to wait long for the food. The rustic restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is beyond reproach. We were served in a nice and friendly manner and there was always a relaxed saying on our lips. The restaurant is very easy to reach by bus. We'd love to come back!
