We have eaten here several time and I usually order the Salmon Amore with gluten free bread and pasta. My husband wanted to take me to dinner for my Birthday and this is the only place with gluten free options.
In the past, the Salmon was served under the pasta. Not the best presentation but the salmon would be moist and cooked correctly.
But, the meal we had on my Birthday was horribly cooked. The Salmon was so overcooked and brown on the bottom that you had to cut it with a steak knife. It was dried out and chewy. The pasta both mine and my husband’s bow tie pasta was undercooked. And to top it off, the gluten free bread I first bit into, cracked a tooth. Hence, why I decided to write this review. I now have the added expense of dental work.
I have live all over the US and have eaten at some very high end restaurants, including the real Alfredo's. This was the worst salmon I’ve ever had. I should have sent it back.
I can guarantee that I won’t be going back to eat at this restaurant. I would not have ever served someone this badly cooked food.
Does this Salmon look appetizing to you? It’s like brown leather.
