This place is a hidden gem. I heard great things about it, especially their noodles' great texture and authentic flavors. The rice noodle dish is made from rice, originally from southern China. I wanted to eat noodles but I am trying to be gluten-free, so I decided to try the rice noodles. I have to agree with the reviews— the flavor is very authentic, just like what you’d find in China. It’s spot on! Be sure to ask for the lowest level of spiciness, as that matches the spice level you’d find at regular Chinese fusion places. The owner is super nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
