If you have a food allergy DO NOT EAT HERE. I double checked with the kitchen that I got gluten free bread. No one asked if it was an allergy or preference. I did tell them if it even touched my food, I would not be ok. I was assured it was gluten free. IT WAS NOT OK. It was contaminated or cross contaminated. I have eaten no where else outside of home. This can be the only place I got contaminated. It’s a full week of hell. Not to mention all the medical needs and costs.

Bacon and bean soup was delicious but not hot. I had The full Ruben, it too was delicious. A wee bit heavy on the sauce, I didn't specify to go easy, so no worries there. My wife had an amazing strawberry spinach chicken salad. Generous portions, well presented. Strawberry rhubarb pie to go. That may well have been the highlight. We also had some pleasant piano to accompany us. Maple Leaf Rag? Regardless, very nice. It was very busy, possibly the bridge from brunch to lunch. Our server was polite and knowledgeable of the menu, able to assist with gluten free options for my wife. Should we be in the area in the future, we would most likely stop in again. Thank you chef, our server and the piano lady too!

This place has a simple decor and plenty of seating. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had a black coffee with the chicken and waffles. The waffle was fluffy and cooked throughout, the chicken was crispy and the portion was very healthy. They use a huckleberry honey on the waffle that tastes like it came down from heaven. If you are gluten free, there are several options available for you on the menu. The staff is very friendly and make the overall experience even more enjoyable. All-in-all, I'm extremely happy that I walked into this establishment and will definitely be returning.
