It is a beautiful place to eat, unfortunately my table and I did not get to. We arrived around 815pm and got seated right in front of the bathroom entrance. We didn’t say anything due to us not having a reservation. I understand the frustration due to previously working in the food service industry. We did call before hand to see if we needed, but we were told we were fine and there was no wait. Awesome. We arrive and get seated. Once seated, our waiter came and asked if we were ready. We asked for a minute to get our order together and a minute turned into 30. He arrived again second time, but I was in the restroom and was told he wanted to wait for the rest of the party. Understandable! After returning, we were able to get in a wine tasting order in. Before we finished our giving our full order he had taken off. He had come to our table another 20 minutes after with out wine for the table. He explained the tasting then left without letting us get a word in about our order. He arrives again around 930/940pm to let us know that there is no more pizza dough which they’re known for , but they still have gluten free pizza which was extra. The restaurant closed at 10pm that day. At this point, we were frustrated and hungry. We had asked for the bill and the waiter says “what so you’re not going to order anything to eat?” with a bothered expression and tone. As if given the chance to order after over an hour of already being there. Finally, we get the bill and I told him as he handed it to us I’d like to give him our credit card now. He put the bill down then proceeded to walk away anyway. He was just a bit rude and inattentive to our table. He had serviced all the tables around us and even people who had come in an hour before closing received their meal. The wine was fantastic though.
