First of all, it is NOT "$" restaurant. $28 appetizer and $26 shawarma, which is basically street food and $6 drinks do not quality as "$". More like $$$. For $6 we got glass of coke which was barely 8 oz and half ice. Next, I told waitress that my daughter is celiac and we need gluten free. So hold the bread please and bring us shawarma without pita, just chicken salad and fries. Next thing happens she bring appetizer plate with bread AND puts bread in front of my celiac daughter. WTH??? To add insult to injure we were charged $3 each for the shawarma "as salad". Basically they hold bread for $3 extra. ONLY DISCOVERED ON FINAL CHECK. Asked why, the answer was "This is how we do it". If you want to be ripped off and get street food for two for over $100, be my guest. The food was not particularly different from typical Mediterranean outlet, we can get BETTER meat, salad, rice and hummus for like $20 per person including tax and tip.

Truly excellent experience. Short version: the food is outstanding, the service and atmosphere is lovely, and the prices are so reasonable. Long version Food: every single thing we ordered was AMAZING. Olives, hummus, jeweled rice, carrots, cauliflower, sweet potato, dessert. All so unique and excellent in their own way. They were very accommodating to celiac needs (menu was clearly marked and they had both GF bread and crudités alternatives to go with the mezze dishes). Service and atmosphere: really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place is tastefully and beautifully decorated; the restaurant feel cozy, welcoming, and authentic without trying too hard. Value: for the quality of the food, the prices are so reasonable. Our party was 3 people (no alcohol) and we ate a fantastic dinner for ~$100 before tip. Overall: highly recommend, no complaints, 10/10! Sadly I’m just visiting but I wish I lived here so I could come back all the time. We originally wanted to do takeout but saw that the dinner menu was not available for takeout so we decided to go eat in, and it was worth it by far. Do yourself a favor and go for dinner!
