Let's sit down at the table, four people and all mussels, each one as excellent as the next, a cream mold, well creamed not just a little cream on top, no, a real Norman cream that lasts until the bottom of the pan , the same for me the Breton mussels, with a real calvados which invites you to finish your pan all the way to the bottom, a madness, my wife had the price of the vegetable of the sun real fresh vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, eggplant, a fillet of white wine, even the simple Marinière is at the top with its Bouchot mussels, all the mussel casseroles are cooked to order, and you can taste it.
As for desserts, a wonderful, wonderful one with fresh fruit, a perfect meringue and homemade crème fraiche, we have a homemade chocolate mousse with a few grains of fleur de sel, that changes everything.
I would happily go back, go there with your eyes closed and don't read the old reviews, this house is just perfect now.
On the hotel side I haven't tried it, just the restaurant.
