We're traveling and I chose IHOP because I thought all stores had gluten-free pancakes. I was informed this one does not. IHOP corporate, how can a traveler know whether a store has gluten-free pancakes or not? It needs to be something we see before we decide to stop.

IHOP was a default brunch experience for us. Unfortunately, we are both eating a gluten-free diet due to medical recommendations. We found we did have some choices in the breakfast bowls. My daughter ordered the Spicy Pablano Fajitas Bowl and I got the Southwest Chicken Bowl. Neither was spicy. I added salt and pepper to mine and it was much better. I would order bowls again. (Just keep the condiments and spices handy!)
