I'm a parent of a student here at TWU. When here on orientation this past June, we were invited to eat in the dining hall.
I am a celiac, which means I have to be 100% gluten-free and NO cross contamination, or I become VERY ill.
The manager of housing and dining took wonderful care of me ordering a gluten-free pizza and over saw the prep personally.
I had zero reaction.
And the pizza wasn't cardboard!!
