Insomnia Cookies

Stopped in here to grab a cookie for me and my husband. The cookies were delicious, however, the service was awful. When I asked to see the ingredients list for the gluten free cookie the man behind the counter acted like I asked him to go to china and bring back the moon. He needed so much encouragement to go and get the list and when he came back with a small box that one person could easily hold we found it comical. Anyone working in food should know that food allergies and intolerances are no fun at all. Please don’t make this awkward request more embarrassing for the customer. We are simply trying to be safe.

For someone like me who has gluten sensitivity issues its pretty awesome that they are one of the few places that offers gluten - free cookies. That being said, only having them in chocolate chip when they have so many other options kind of stinks when I want something other than chocolate chip. Also, since COVID I've gone in twice and they didn't have any in stock. Aparently I'm supposed to call in an order ahead of time , but when I call in I can never get a hold of anybody, I just get the Corporate answering machine. I've tried using the app to order in the past but it didn't work very well. It's a shame really otherwise the cookies and ice cream are excellent. I hope they can fix this.
