Had lunch today at Itoh and it was superb! Stopped in without a reservation and luckily was able to get a seat. Great experience, service and the Wagyu beef (smaller size) was one of the best meals on my trip to Japan. The meat was silky smooth, like butter with mild flavors - for someone who rarely eats meat these days, it was perfect! I even explained my gluten sensitivity and they were able to accommodate so kindly with gluten-free soy on the salad dressing. Highly recommend, glad I discovered this place for lunch. On the pricier side but worth it, especially if you want beef.
