Food was good and our server Haley was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my gluten allergy

i’ve been travelling from australia and decided to visit jacks to get a feel for canadian dining and had the lovely pleasure of meeting tina as our server. not only was her service stellar, she was accommodating and super quick to help one of my friends who suffers from gluten intolerance. overall, an incredible night made incredible by tina! would 100% visit again to see her shining face.

Tina basically saved my life. I have an extreme allergic reaction to gluten, so Tina helped me sort through Jack Astor’s GF items. After my food came, I asked for a double-check just to make sure the food was safe. Tina was so helpful and immediately checked with the kitchen and my food was safe, quick, and delicious! Thank u so much for advocating for me, Tina! You’re a rarity in food service, but your compassion is so appreciated!! :)
