I had ordered the Club Sub, but had it put into a bowl because of Celiac Disease. I did not realize that by not getting bread, there was an UP CHARGE!! The price on the menu is $9 and some change. I got charged over $11. I got nothing additional, just lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese & bacon that comes on it. First & last time I will be going there.

This is for the other location near Aldi and savers. There is a women who works here who is so rude. It's clear she hates her job. I'm gluten free not by choice it's an allergy and she just made me wait over 30 minutes to make my sandwich because it is inconvenient that I have an allergy. It's really frustrating to be treated differently.

We didn't even eat in, just stopped in to pick up an online order, and the atmosphere still showed that it would be a fine place to stop and eat. The workers were friendly and helpful, the order was done just right, I love that the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for every sandwich right there. I have never had a bad sandwich here, and they don't even charge more for the alternate bread that is not a typical white sub roll. My only concern is that you have to pay extra for gluten-free bread. It's kind of a lot extra on an already costly sandwich, and it kind of stinks because there are not a lot of places that even have gluten-free bread that is decent. There just aren't a lot of choices. So at least they have the option for gluten-free! It's just unfortunate that it costs almost $2 more.
