This was our first trip to Jimmy's for pizza. We recently went keto, we were a bit pressed for time, and they have a cauliflower crust we wanted to try. The service was great and the pizza was delicious. The crust was much better than expected. That said, this is probably not the most keto friendly pizza, as the red sauce has sugar in it and I suspect the crust is not especially low carb, though I didn't demand an ingredient list or anything. It's probably less than a regular crust. Regardless, we hit it pretty hard and definitely overate. We decided to risk it and I'm not mad. If you want a gluten free crust and to take your chances on a possibly less carb take out pizza, I highly recommend this one.
