Joe's KC BBQ

Parking was a little tricky but we were so glad to discover this popular BBQ spot. The beef brisket was fantastic!! Gluten free options were available. Kids meals were perfect for the kids. They loved the BBQ and the fries. So very glad we checked it out.

Lives up to its ratings!! The best bbq/pulled pork! Huge lines but they work hard and friendly at getting people through and clean tables as soon as people get up to leave. Food is absolutely amazing!! Love that they have on FAQ page all sauces/spices are gluten free and they offer gluten free buns (thank you!). We will be back

We thought we’d had great BBQ before… turns out, we were just living a lie. Now that we’ve been to THE Joe’s KC BBQ, everything else feels like a sad, smoky imitation. I fear we’ve peaked. Our taste buds may never recover—or worse, they may become BBQ snobs. Huge shoutout for the gluten-free buns and gluten-sensitive sides! As someone with a gluten allergy, I usually just eat a pile of meat and cry quietly in the corner. Not here. Here, I feasted like royalty—with a bun! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and didn’t laugh at me once (which is rare and appreciated). Joe’s KC, you’ve ruined us in the best possible way. Thanks a lot.
