Kafe Kokopelli

Phenomenal experience and food at this restaurant for dinner. Called to reserve a table for 6pm on a Sunday, and they shared that they close at 6, so they could do a 530 reservation at the latest. While the person who helped set up the reservation didn’t sound particularly warm or friendly, she was helpful and efficient in setting up the reservation. Took the offered 530 time, gratefully. Called back later to adjust the number of attendees and they helped with that, too. Upon arrival, was greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us in a relatively private, cozy booth. I liked that, even though the restaurant was busy, it was quiet enough we could talk with the other people at our table without having to yell. Server Chloe was amazing: friendly, helpful, patient. She provided a gluten-free and vegetarian menu upon request. She had great knowledge around the menu and was able to help us make decisions on what to order when torn between options. We were unable to order dessert due to our late reservation (kitchen closed by the time we were ready to order dessert), but the server was apologetic and said she would see if she could make arrangements. We assured her that wasn’t necessary after realizing why they couldn’t do dessert, but greatly appreciated that she was willing to see if they could. She reassured us and we didn’t feel rushed in spite of the late reservation/meal. The food: flavorful, good portion sizes. Prime rib sandwich, ahi tuna salad, chicken and kale salad, and steak were all AMAZING. The chicken and kale salad had a bit too much dressing - drowned in it, and I should’ve asked for it on the side - but overall loved it and ate every last bite. The decor also provided a warm and delightful atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.

This place was so neat! It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The service was great m, I love that they had a Gluten free menu and the she crab 🦀 bisque was delicious. Definitely will be back! 🩷
