Before placing an order with them, I called to inquire about the gluten-free option, I was told that they can offer gluten-free breads, then I ordered on deliveroo and straight away I got them I called again to insist on gluten free bread, they took my order number and my name and told me don't worry! I even made a note to include gluten-free bread! After 1 hour of waiting, I received my order and told me that they couldn't find the bread, they gave me a normal one, for two burgers!! When calling them, the lady told me that it’s because they don’t have gluten-free bread for the mini burgers, but she didn’t tell me that before even though I insisted. She told me she's sorry and there's nothing she can do. Being allergic to gluten I can't eat my meal and I can't get a refund!! Don't eat at their place especially if you want the gluten-free option, for them being allergic or intolerant is a joke and they can just put anything in you without warning you. They don't take people's health problems seriously. To flee
