We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious haddock, medium chips, and gluten-free cod and chips. The skinless fish was beautifully cooked in a bubbly batter, and the generous portions of chips were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The staff were lovely, and the premises were clean. Our only disappointment, whilst we requested large fish, it transpired that only small or standard sizes are available. The fish, however, was rather small considering that it cost £9 alone (£12.50 with chips) so not great value & disappointing after a couple of days of looking forward to it. Aside from that, we recommend this establishment.

Dignosed as coeliac a few months back, so being away on holiday and finding a place that catered for gluten-free was a little bit of a nightmare. I found out through Google that Lewis's did gluten-free, so we treated ourselves. Fish and chips and, of course, the gluten-free vinegar. It was worth the wait because it was the best fish & chips I've had. So a big thanks!
