Great standard steak dinner (6 oz fillet) for a great price - under $25. I can easily eat GLUTEN FREE there.
We've been there twice (Albuquerque and Ogden) and it is crowded and loud at dinner time, but I'm glad they're doing good business.
As they should, those cooks know how to do a steak! But mine was too heavily salted (and I really like salt! ). That's the only reason fur not-5 stars. Nice size perfectly done (and outside salted) baked potato with great "loaded" toppings. Big salad, which was correctly served to me without croutons, instead of having to send it back and then having to wonder if they just removed those gluten chunks.
Our two experiences were with competent and friendly waitresses, and as well those poor beleaguered hostesses dealing with the waiting crowds did a good job.
My 4 for atmosphere is due to LOUDness.
We wish we had a local LongHorn.
