4 of us when for dinner on a Friday night had later reservations most likely after the normal rush. The food was absolutely spectacular, one of the best dinners I have had in Milwaukee in a long time. We had a goat cheese tart as an appetizer it was great. I had lamb, the others had a parchment baked fish, a veal chop and swordfish. Just complements and ohs and aws all the around the table. The featured cocktails were unique and very good. The only down side would be the wine list, it is a bit overwhelming, great selection just a bit large at least in my mind. There is a nice selection of wine by the glass on the menu. One of our party had a gluten tolerance issue our server and kitchen staff was very accommodating and informative.
Lupi & Iris is in the same class as Sanford.
A Milwaukee dining experience that should not be missed.
