I was looking for a gluten-free option on the menu, but there was no appropriate legend on this subject. When we opened the allergen list, all items were determined to contain gluten. I hope, however, that by gluten the author meant the roll and not the meat (such situations are not unheard of - e.g. minced meat contains gluten). It could probably be described better, e.g. by separating the issues of bun / addition, or a separate list of allergens for gluten-free burgers, or explaining in text or with a symbol that your meat does or does not contain gluten, e.g. it does or does not contain breading. Currently, as a customer, if I would like to order e.g. remotely, I do not know from this documentation what I can and cannot do, or any other legend, e.g. gf options.
Today the service is working well, I like that he tried to decide what can and what cannot, opened the list of allergens himself (although it was impossible to tell!), noted that he does not recommend fries himself, and then determined through the phone that the fries were gluten-free.
