Adrian was our waitress and she was spectacular! I have celiac disease and it is sometimes hard to eat at restaurants. I’m impressed with Adrian’s knowledge of what I could and couldn’t eat and how to modify plates so I could eat them. She even brought me out my own chips and salsa so I didn’t have to dip in the gluten chips salsa that my friends were using. Super appreciate a knowledgeable waitress that is kind and helpful.

But our waitress, Adrian, was knowledgeable about my dietary restrictions and made sure to modify my dishes accordingly.
