With a few exceptions, the central point is to be able to compose your own dish by choosing one type of puree, one of sausage and one of gravy (there are about ten options for each category, including some for various allergies, such as celiac disease).
The flavors are good and the produce is quality, making it a good place for a quick, reasonably priced meal in central London.
The environment, however, is simple, like the service.
