Not sure why this restaurant isn’t closer to 5 stars. Almost didn’t go because of the lower ratings and the airport advertising. But, I’m sure glad we did. Top notch service and the food was in our top 3 for Grand Cayman along with Luca and Blue. Our favorite items were the Not too spicy Tuna Roll, the Wagyu Roll, and the Wild Salmon entree. The bread and hummus were great as was the dairy free/gluten free coconut dessert. And be sure to check out the restrooms, by far the most lux restaurant restroom I have ever been in. Will definitely be back!

The food was great and it was an overall good experience. Lacking the ambiance we expected, possibly because we had dinner on the earlier side, but still a really nice restaurant with attentive staff. Bread & Spreads: Tzatziki was AMAZING! Hummus was good, too. Bread selection was not pita, so it was a little unexpected, but it was really good with the spread regardless. Gluten free bread was very crumbly. Feta phyllo: so good! small portion, so hard to share with a large group, but perfect for 2-3 people. Orzo: I ordered it without fish, and loved it. The saffron flavor was great and they reduced the price for me. My dad had it with the fish, and it was overpowering and ruined the dish for him (it was red snapper, which doesn’t usually have an overwhelming taste). cabbage salad: i did not try, but another person in my party had this as their entree and loved it! menu selection overall: really expansive! its a newer restaurant, so it’s possible the menu will be skimmed down, but for those with dietary restrictions, there’s plenty of wiggle room.
