Used to love going to this place. The last 2 times Ive been there it has been terrible service and a ridiculous wait time. They forgot to put in my order in for a dine in experience one time and did not even refill our waters once at the table and this past time I came in to pick up a to-go order that I had ordered 60 minutes prior to my arrival and am still waiting after another 60 min of being here. Seems like they forgot to put my order in for the second time in a row…. I am very disappointed with this as the food is so good here, but its not so good that I want to wait that long to get it. The service has been bad 2 times in a row. I try not to complain, but this is ridiculous. Update on November 18,2023: Decided to give pizza pub another try on November 18, 2023. Was told my order would be ready at 6:45pm. Around 6:55pm when I showed up, the front desk told me they ran out of Gluten Free crust and someone should have called me. No one called and now they’ve lost 4 good customer’s for life….this marks three times in a row with bad service.

Loved the food and atmosphere. Our pizza, calzone and also gluten free pizza was delicious and perfect. Will definitely return if we can before we leave Texas.
