This place is extremely short staffed, and the food was WAY too overly salty. The cheese on top of the Mac-n-cheese was not melted. The manager was very friendly and polite-ish. NOT TOO MENTION The new kid at the register was less than competent. It took way too long to place the order, with MULTIPLE order issues multiple times throughout the order process. Once the order was placed, the order took about 10ish minutes to come out, but i only realized my order had sat on the counter for 5 minutes while they worked on my friend's order. I only noticed that it had sat on the counter, because the aforementioned new kid hand me my friends order and walked away, and I saw something on the counter and said to the manager "When is my order coming out?" She turned to look at the counter and said,"Oh, it's ready." And then handed it to me. I then realized that my food had the wrong type of pasta, and i asked them to fix it. The manager seemed very upset that i asked her to fix it. She then attempted to convince me that i ordered what she had put in the register, which is what i had received. She did end up fixing it, though. This location is extremely understaffed by far. The manager was doing six things at once because her staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were multiple orders and just total chaos. An order process that should have taken 30 seconds or even 60 seconds at most took about 5 minutes. The main reason for this was the kid didn't know what he was doing, so the manager took over, and just kept stopping every few seconds to help other customers and direct the staff cuz they just had no clue. The receipt does not itemize each individual charge, which makes it confusing as to why it's $11.50 for an order of gluten-free mac and cheese with marinated steak plus $1.25 for the gluten free pasta. However, the gluten-free mac and cheese on the menu board is listed as $8.25 plus a $4.25 charge for the marinated steak. Which is just totally confusing and just plain weird. There is a regular mac and cheese listed for $7.25, with the steak added for a $4.25 extra charge in addition to the gluten-free mac and cheese for $8.25. advertised on your menu board as a regular entree. You can't use a reward for a regular Entre though for the Gluten-Free mac and cheese without paying the extra dollar 25 for the gluten free pasta even though if you get the regular mac and cheese at $7.25 and the Gluten-Free mac and cheese is a dollar more for $8.25, which since it's listed as a regular entree is not reasonable. This entire experience has been absolutely horrible, and I will never come to Noodles & Company again.
