FLORI is AMAZING!!! She was so knowledgeable of the gluten free menu, and made sure to keep everything separate for my Daughter who has Celiac. She is Bubbly and sweet and deserves a raise!

TLDR: This location doesn't take allergies seriously. Me and my wife always loved BJ's, and we even had our engagement party here, but after tonight, I doubt we will go back. First, I was denied a alcoholic drink due to my ID being on my phone even though it was accepted multiple times prior. Second, I ordered the slow roasted sirloin and was told they were all out. (I got the prime rib instead). Third and worst of all, my wife ordered a gluten-free prime rib dip, and we explicitly said this must be gluten-free as she has an allergy. We received the food, and immediately, my wife noticed something was off. The bun was not individually wrapped like it was at other BJ locations. We asked the waitress before eating, and she stated it was gluten-free as she put it on the ticket. After my wife takes a few bites, she finds a random fry under the bun, and her heart sunk immediately as the fried aren't gluten-free and the food was contaminated. We informed the waitress, and the most we got is that we are so sorry and will comp the sandwich. Not is she ok? Do we need to call 911? Let me get the manager or anything. Luckily for my wife, she doesn't have that severe of an allergic reaction, but it will cause several days of constipation, bloating, a rash, and lots of discomfort. Eventually, they comped my food as well as I barely took two bites, and all we paid for was my wife's drink. I highly suggest this location takes better precautions with food allergies going forward as this could result in someone's death who has a much more serious allergy. The service was great. Our server was wonderful and incredibly sweet. We dined in around 7:30 pm tonight. My hubby and I both got the weekend Prime Rib special. Overall, we were quite pleased. I ordered the buttered broccoli as a side, and was a bit underwhelmed as it was a bit bland and didn't really have much, if any hints of butter. The fries were fantastic. The Sriracha honey brussel sprouts were also delicious. The tomato and mozzarella salad was incredible. My husband and I ordered our prime rib prepared to the same doneness, however his seemed a lot more tender (I did taste his) and appeared to be cut differently than mine, which was indeed slightly tougher than his. (He also tasted mine and agreed). The brownie Pizookie was also delightful. I've had their gluten free pizza in the past, which was a big reason we dined here today after an outing with a family member who suffers from Celiac disease, and it was also quite delicious. The pricing wasn't astronomical or anything. A bit on the pricier side, but definitely it has the potential to be such depending on what you order.
