I love hamburgers. My wife would call me a “burger snob”. I prefer “burger aficionado”. I have enjoyed Detroit style sliders, California style, and many smash burgers in between. This place is on another level. The sear is just about as perfect as you can get. Brown and crispy. It’s not a “smear the meat across the griddle” thin. It still has some thickness to it. But what really separates this place is the quality of beef. You really taste the beef in every bite which is something that is hard to find in burgers now. I’m glad that this place is not close to where I live. $13 for a double cheeseburger, I’d be here almost every day. Potatoes are cooked in tallow. What more is there to say? Also, there are gluten free buns that my wife thinks are good.
