I dine @ Olive Gardens all the time. By all the time I mean 5-7 times a month!!!!!
This was my first time going to this location. My toddler and I were sat at the bar. I instantly smelled a strong smell of urine. At first the waitress seemed knowledgeable but that quickly changed when I asked for the gluten sensitivity meal that I have eaten at every location in the past year! I was told I was mistaken, that they had changed it.
So I got the KIOSK off the table while they put in my toddler order. After giving me a few moments I asked if they had the same gluten free meal and handed the waitress the machine. I was told she would then put my order in, my toddler food came out….
The breadsticks were hard as rocks, his plain buttered/oil spaghetti was over cooked and saturated with oil. Olive Garden is his fav restaurant and he instantly told me it’s not good.
Then the manager came out and preceded to act as though I was being difficult. But how does a pasta place not have any gluten free pasta? He insulted me and then acted like I needed the meal comped. I put the cash down and we left. I will never visit this location again. If this type of service continues they will be closed like all the other businesses that were in the area.
