Gluten-Free crust is amazing!
It is the best gluten-free crust I've ever had, both in flavor and texture.
The texture was so impressive that, before eating it, I asked my husband to take a bite of the crust itself. I asked him "is that wheat?" He was not sure.
The crust did look different from the regular crusts, and since Pagliacci's had emailed us to warn us that it is not recommended for people with celiacs, I felt confident that it was in fact a gluten-free crust.
My experience was that it did NOT cause a Celiac flare up. Not a rumble. Your mileage may vary. :)
