The customer service at palace pizza is incredible. They take allergies very seriously. Having an anaphylactic reaction to gluten, I tend to not order out for fear of having to use my epi pen. My mind was immediately put to ease the first time I ordered from palace pizza. I was reassured they change gloves, prep in a different location, use different knives to cut your pizza, and all staff is notified the severity of your allergy. I appreciate the time they put into making sure your order is made correctly. Not only is the service amazing, so is their food! It’s hard finding places that even have gluten free options. I would recommend palace pizza to all of our friends and family!

I am faculty ( and a graduate ) at Holy Cross College had an academic competition on campus last weekend. Called Will at Pizza P he couldn’t have been more accommodating. They delivered everything that we needed to campus on time AND it was the best pizza that I have had in a long time!! The gluten free Pizza was tremendous. I am going to get all our Pizza from them from now on. The students raved about it also. Thanks Will. Ed
