Ordered a Gluten Free pizza for delivery and used their tracker. After an hour and a half the tracker shows pizza as delivered, but it was not.
Called local store and placed on hold for “ a second”, a total of 11 minutes. Finally, David answered and asked for my name. Placed on hold again, then was told he located the order and he can remake pizza but delivery would be over an hour. I inquired about driver Mavis and was told that the driver wasn’t their driver it is a Door Dash delivery person and he could not contact her. I asked for a reversal of charges.
Now, it is a waiting game to see if funds are reversed.
I only recently started to patron Papa John’s again because of this location being Shaq’s.
